PredicXion ("the Platform") is a decentralized prediction market platform that enables users to bet on the outcomes of real-world events and potentially earn rewards.
Before using the services provided by PredicXion, please carefully read and understand this User Agreement ("the Agreement"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
By clicking the registration confirmation button and completing the sign-up process to obtain a PredicXion account and password, you acknowledge that a legally binding agreement has been formed between you and PredicXion.
This Agreement consists of this main text and all rules, statements, and notices previously published or that may be published in the future by PredicXion. These supplementary materials are considered integral parts of the Agreement and carry equal legal effect.
This Agreement does not govern legal relationships or disputes that may arise between users during digital asset transactions.
1. User Eligibility
You confirm that you have full civil capacity and legal competence. If you are a minor or otherwise lack full legal capacity, by clicking the registration button, you confirm that your legal guardian has consented to and is supervising your use of PredicXion.
2. Services Provided
PredicXion offers the following services:
- Prediction Market Participation: Users can create or participate in markets based on real-world event outcomes.
- Asset Betting & Settlement: A transparent, fair, and on-chain smart contract-based mechanism for placing bets and settling outcomes.
- Opinion Trading & Liquidity Unlock: Convert perspectives into economic value and enhance asset efficiency through prediction markets.
- Decentralized Governance: Community governance features may be introduced in the future, allowing users to participate in rule-making and upgrades.
3. User Conduct
Users may not engage in any of the following while using the Platform:
- Illegal financial activities including money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud;
- Market manipulation, spreading false information, or fabricating prediction events;
- Exploiting bugs or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
- Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their wallet private keys and seed phrases. PredicXion assumes no liability for losses resulting from credential leakage.
4. Disclaimer
- PredicXion does not guarantee prediction outcomes or the results of any user actions.
- The Platform operates neutrally and is not liable for the accuracy or legitimacy of any predicted event outcome.
- Digital asset prices are highly volatile. All actions are at the user’s own risk.
- System disruptions due to upgrades, attacks, or blockchain anomalies may occur. Users must acknowledge these risks.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on PredicXion (including but not limited to text, graphics, code, and branding) is the property of the Platform or licensed accordingly. No unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is permitted.
6. Modifications to the Agreement
PredicXion may update this Agreement at any time by publishing an announcement, email, or other notices. Updates become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by decentralized principles and does not rely on the legal system of any specific country.
Disputes shall first be addressed through community governance or on-chain arbitration.
If formal legal resolution is required, the laws of the British Virgin Islands or another neutral jurisdiction will apply.
